Tomorrow's WOD incorporates a base-line test we did on 30 October of last year; Rich Vick will once again set up the 'beep test' in Harney Gym.  We will have a strength WOD tomorrow followed by the 'beep test'; plan on completing both.  The 'beep test' will take about 15minutes or less and it's a good indicator or aerobic capacity that may be valuable especially as you head into APFT season.

Press up to 65#, beep test at 6.1 (only moderate effort after chelsea yesterday), back squat up to 125# (thanks for the second reminder to make it up!)

Mark: really like the programming!

No beep test for me. No schlitz left in my shoulders it seems after yesterdays pushups either. Presses 75-85-95 thru the sets and back squats at 205 with some tire flips thrown in.

Beep test - 8.7 and retest to 9.5, shoe choice made a difference. First time with this one. Going to try to work it in regularly (every 2 months or quarterly) so we can track progress. Thanks, Rich V.

Short on time, 7 min EMOM of 3 x Press: 115-125-125-115-115-115-115. Then, repped out at 45# for 18.

NOTE - the comment stream got started on the admin announcement. I am going to close this section to comments and try to migrate them to the WOD post so they can be more easily referenced next time we press/beep test.
