Team WOD Tomorrow

Be warmed up by the brief time.
This a good WOD to bring someone not familiar to crossfit.  The most technical exercise is a deadlift and using a light weight will minimize the risk of injury.  Last week we had 30 people at 0545 and 10 more at 0615.  Hopefully we will have a similar turnout.
