Nutrition Information
A reminder that IMCF is going to support a Whole30 Challenge effort in January (  Meg will give a 5-minute intro on Friday before the Team WOD (0545), and Brandi will give a detailed brief (30-min) on Tuesday at 1700hrs in the bubble.  If you aren't sure how to improve your nutrition but know you want to get better,  plan on listening to Brandi's brief on Tuesday.  They have created a Whole30 FaceBook page which is rich with recipe suggestions.
