Merry Christmas!!!
If you’re not too smoked from either eating too much on Christmas eve or staying up all night putting kids toys together (without looking at directions, back me up fellow Dads), then here’s a
bodyweight WOD for those looking to stay disciplined and can be done in a living room, hotel room, in-laws or wherever.

 Hand release push-ups
 Air Squats
 Followed immediately by 1-10
 Sit-ups (abmat or towel)
 Jumping lunges (both legs to make 1rep)


Jump Lunge

Finished with a 2mile run on the treadmill. I hate treadmills! (14:40)

Ed and Jason, you both motivated and disappointed me.

Motivated me to get off my lazy butt and do the WOD, but disappointed that it took me over a minute longer!

9:13 rx'd. I sadly admit that it took me until round 7 on the jumping lunges to remember how to count a 2 count exercise and just count my right leg. I did also slip my feet under the entertainment center so I could continue watching A Bronx Tale.

My favorite part is still when the bikers are in the bar and Sonny asks them to leave, then when they refuse, he locks the door and says 'Now youse can't leave' .....followed by 'Look at me, I did this to you'
