Team Sporty Forty
As a two-person team, complete the following:*
40 box jumps 24/20
40 pull-ups
40 KB swings 53/35
40 walking lunges
40 push press 45/35
40 back extensions
40 wall balls  20/14
40 burpees
40 double unders

*Pacing exercise is 15 medball cleans 20/14.

Partner A starts first exercise (box jumps) and goes until Partner B finishes pacing exercise.  Then they swap places and Partner B picks up where Partner A left off.

Scaled with metric plates (closest we have to bump plates) 60kg

Not great, but 1:30 faster than last year (last time)

Now the narcissitic/ego-driven question. How does one go about getting the t-shirt?

Great WOD Brandi and Luster - the MBC to Wall Ball coupling was especially fun.

lots of sweat, and good metcon. loved the wall balls with the MBCs.
Glad we did not scale it down, but we will need to heal up tonight for Grace tommorrow.

Sad to miss the Team WOD but I stayed up way too late working on homework. Went for a run this morning because, well, I hate running.

See you tomorrow for B4B and the clean up. PLEASE bring the cleaning gear you emailed me about. I'll bring some beverages of choice and thank the couple of you for offering to bring some snacks.

No partner so skipped the team WOD. Did my Grace today since I am in the field tomorrow training cadets.. Meg I think I did my donation right on the sight to give IMCF credit.

Grace: 2:59@135 today, beat my time from 12 Oct by 32 sec, 16 secs better than last Oct, put a little smile on my face.

I know its apples and oranges, but the even bigger smile was from the Global Gym Screamer next to me who didn't finish his rest cycle between sets of 5 power cleans (@135) in the time I did Grace and the wonderful look on his face when I finished...Sometimes its just the small victories....

Did this one solo for the whole enchilada...20:20. Way too much rest on the WB and burpees but I ran out of gas once I got to those two movements. Did hip extensions vice back extensions also.
