Great push this morning from Jake, Rob, Rich, and the rest from the early morning crew. TTB were slowing me down considerably.

7rds+ (Rich and I were about 50m short from completing 8 rds when my watch beeped. My sub for TTB was 15 V-sit ups...I would have preferred the TTB.

6 rds, plus TTB and BJ. I did this with the 250m row today. Did OK on the row but BJ just cannot get a good rhythm going even with the low number of reps.

5 rds, and up to 100m of the row.
Messed up and was doing 15 x TTB.

Shout out to call-sign Fuego for TTB speed technique. Lost a lot with wasted motion and hanging today. Will work on it.

6 rounds 10 TTB, 10 Box Jumps, 40 meters row. I alternated between rows and runs... runs were quicker but felt like more work.

7 Rds plus 4 TTB. Too nice outside to sit inside on the rower so did the 200M run.
