Team "Burpee 400m*"

For Time:
400m Burpee Broad Jumps

*One partner exercises while other runs 400m or a  "lap", then switch.  Continue until 400m of burpee broad jmups are completed.

4 different start times:
0545hrs  (Luster) Meet at the white board in the bubble for a brief and then move to start line which is the stop sign by the 100m run  mark.

0615hrs  (Steve) Meet at the white board in the bubble for a brief and then move to start line which is the stop sign by the 100m run  mark..

0740hrs (Noah) MEET AT THE TRACK FOR A 0800 3.2.1 go!

1600hrs  (Brandi) Meet at the white board in the bubble for a brief and then move to start line which is the stop sign by the 100m run  mark..

Consider wearing a stocking cap and a light set of gloves.

Don't do this WOD through the parking lot right outside the bubble, especially for those doing it during limited visibility.  It's a safety issue with cars trying to park.

Though tempting, decided against attempting the 400m burpees in the Bn AO.

Made up for last Friday with "Angie"

I teamed up with Rob and did V-Sit Broad Jumps in lieu of burpees. It was a good workout.

Thanks to Rob for encouraging me to do the workout instead of an alternate, solo workout and thanks to my wife for making me get up when I didn't want to.

Steve Banks and I finished up at 15:58. burpies for distance are not enjoyable.
good to see some new faces in the bubble today at 0600.
have a great weekend,

Had a party of six on the track this morning at 0800. Teamed with Jared for a time of 16:10. Prior to starting we guesstimated it would be more like 25 minutes so we are happy with 16.

If you think its hard trying to pass someone on a run, try passing them doing burpees...ugh.

Team '2-Good Shoulders' was back at it again today...thanks for the name Noah. As Mike said we did a version of a 'get-up' with a time of 24:14.

The award for 'Performance of the Day' has to go to Erin for getting Mike out of bed...that cannot be an easy task! Take the rest of the weekend off Erin!

Thanks Luster and Brandi - good WOD.

Joined Noah and the MCTP gang for the 0800 start...completely agree with trying to catch up while doing burpees! Lesson of the day, " don't look up too see where your pardoner is on the run...it only makes it suck more!"
16:20, thanks for the great Team WOD!

IMCF SD Det

Had limited time today and no partner. I modified "Grace" a bit - just because it had been a while and i figured my shoulders were not sore enough this week...

Did 30 Hang Cleans (vice from the ground) and Jerk (Split Jerk) at 135# for a time of 3:31.
