Reflective PT Belt
When any Soldier runs on post whether in civilian or Army (Air Force, Navy, Marine, etc.) PT gear, he/she is required to wear a reflective belt.  The same is true for us.  As it gets darker and darker each day this becomes more obvious.  Please comply and start wearing your reflective belt.

The bubble will open at 0800hrs on Monday.

Subbed KB swing with 55lb DB; subbed/scaled KB CJ with 45lb DB CJ. DB CJ, even scaled, were the lmiting factor likely because it was a new skill to learn.

Modified this for Tuesday - subbed GHD SU for the C&J with my wrist still bothering me. Did the HQ RX of 2 pood (72 lbs) for the KBS.

16:26, everything except the 800 was broken into at least two sets. Plenty of room for improvement.
