Team "Angie"

100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Air Squats

-  Two man team.  One partner exercises while other runs/rows 200/250m.
-  Each exercise must be complete before beginning the next exercise.
For Time

Start times are as follows:
0545hrs led by Luster H.
0615hrs led by Steve B.
1600hrs led by Brandi H.

Bring a friend.  The exercises are ones that everyone can do.It's a great way to introduce someone to CrossFit.

Team "2-good shoulders" (aka Mike and Rob) did a lot of subs and had a great WOD...17:43. Thank you Luster and Brandi for organizing. We had a big group with some first time CF athletes.

Team Smith and Hobbs around 20:25. I think the pull ups were the worst. :)

Did Wednesday's WOD yesterday morning and failed to post. 3 rounds exactly. Thrusters are my goat so I needed someone to tell me to do them. Moved slower than I'd have liked but definitely a good WOD.

Completely agree with Mark about mobility for shoulders. I have an impingement in my left shoulder whenever I internally rotate. Working my elbow has brought me the greatest relief.

good team WOD, it pushed us after doing tabata PU/SU yesterday. We agree with Meghan about the pullups - was our slowest event.
interested to see what rig setup Mark comes up with, so I might even show up to help.

13:05 for the Dan & Andy team. Thanks to my partner for the strong push. Fun format, a hell of a lot more enjoyable than Angie on your own.

Followed with Max 3RM Box Jumps w/ 25lb dumbbells in each hand. Interesting. Got to about rib height before common sense kicked in.

Had no partner (have no partner) here and my hands were tore up pretty well from 3 days of pull up work this week so I opted out of the wod and did main site this morning.

Time - 8:24
Should have been faster, started too hard and couldn't catch my breath after the first round.

Had an odd number so got after it with a team of 3! 150 reps of each exercise with two people rowing. Great WOD to wrap up the week with!

Great team WOD... Like Charlie said we completed this one in 23:10 with a team of 3.
2 men rowing and 1 man chipping away at: 150 reps of (PUs, CFSPU, SUs, and Squats).

After we assisted in assembling the new Infinity rig. This magic jungle gym looks amazing and I can't wait to get crushed on it during a WOD.
