Team Wod on Friday

Last Friday's Team WOD was awesome and we had a good turn out.  This Friday we are going to do a 2-man Team WOD.  It will involve DUs, box jumps, sit-ups, push ups, and ground to overhead.  All exercises can be scaled to make this a WOD that even a 1st time CrossFitter can be successful with.  Invite your friends, classmates, officemates, etc.  It's a great WOD (thanks Noah) and a great intro to CF.  We'll do a concept brief at 0540hrs and start by 0550.  It's a 15min AMRAP so you will be complete just after 0600hrs.
