Modified this one for my still-aching wrist. Did 205 Deadlifts in lieu of Clean and Jerk.

5 Minute Round:
211 DU, 41 DL

3 Minute Round:
128 DU, 33 DL

1 Minute Round:
61 DU, 15 DL

Seems like I should have gone harder earlier. Not shown is the 20-sec break between rounds to reset my watch.

FGB on Saturday PR at 268, I was sucking on the box jumps and SDHPs on the 3rd round. thanks to Polk for pushing and scoring me.

Today, still working on the DUs,so I did singles for metcon.

Total C&J 59 at 95#

secondary skill (apft prep)
did 100 PU and 100 SU followed by
10 x 500M sprints on the Erg Averaged 1:56/500 at 20 S/M

That totally sucked. Or at least I totally suck at DU. Completely lost count but finished as RX'd. Tried to keep up with Noah but that did not help.
