Will anyone be at the ILE building soon that can take down the Fight Gone Bad yellow fliers on the boards? They are on most of the boards on level 1, 2 & 3. Any IMCF black business cards can be left up. Thanks!

5 x 100m at 16-18 seconds

Group of 5 at 0540hrs this morning. I was lagging in the back behind the 'speed demons'.

5 x 200; all at 37 +/- 1 sec
5 x 100; all at 17 +/- 1 sec

If nothing else I was consistent and by the last few sprints I wasn't the last one across the finish line!

10RM BS - to 185 then cut it short to go run.

Definitely a WOD, like today's Rx'd WOD, that is better suited to a track versus the sidewalks of Hohenfels.
