First time in a while that I have made it to the bubble in the AM. Looks like the early crowd has grown in size -- good stuff.

3rds + 700m...with Good Morning (65lbs) sub for DL. We are starting to grow a good group in the morning. If you've looking to join a group in the morning we usually start around 0545hrs. There is strength in joining group as 1) you are accountable to get out of bed daily and 2) you push harder as you are either chasing the leader or trying to stay in the lead...Andy - I know you live on post; is the 0500 position on your alarm broken? You're the one who brought it up!!

3 rds plus 700m with 205# on the DL. Did this one alone as my usual two workout partners are out of town and found myself daydreaming on the 800m runs because of it. When we are all here, there is a small group of us that show up at 0730 and start at 0800 for anyone interested. The Bubble is virtually empty at these times most days.

And a plea to everyone about the new jumpropes...if you need to adjust the length on the jumpropes, there is a screwdriver dummy-corded to the whiteboard to adjust the screw clamp with. If you tie knots in the cable for the purpose of shortening the rope it will eventually render the rope useless.

Ha, Rob. In case you haven't noticed, I really need my beauty sleep. And when it comes to getting to bed at a reasonable time, I lack self-discipline. I'll try to make an occasional cameo at 0545 to keep myself honest!
