Scaling Beyond:
Substitute 3 single unders for 1-double under.  For pull ups do jumping or band assisted.

Was amazed at much harder the pull-ups were following the DUs. Great couplet.

I'm still protecting my foot so I subbed air squats for DUs.

9:52. I second Jake's comment...had a hard time finding a rhythm after some PUs.

7:12 with a 'double-sub' for pull ups...jumping and R-arm only, also dia barbell hop sub for DUs. The pull ups were heavy on the jumping part, still it was a good workout and I like hanging around the group that is starting to form.

IMCF SD Detachment.

Did land nav all morning with cadets,
8:09 this afternoon on WOD, DUs were good, pull ups could not get a good Rythym on them.
