Nice group in the da' morning, but on resource intensive workouts, with box jumps for example, it gets a little tight.

13:09, I did a pull-up from the seated position with R-arm only. I used a ring for 1-10 and then a bar on the cage for 9-1. The box jumps were a little different with only 1-arm to balance but I didn't have to scale. We picked up another team member this morning, at least for 2-days a week; great job Nicole.
