Feeling sluggish from the weekend, likely from a need to hydrate differently.

5 rounds. Finished round five with around 3 seconds left on the clock.

I'm still not functional but have been cleared to work stationary bike. I went a couple of times last week and this morning. I'm mixing Tabata and interval work as I try to keep within the High Intensity principle; I'm definitely not getting the Constantly Varied.

I did stop in the bubble before and after my WOD and there are quite a few new faces. I ran into one of my students from the Maneuver CCC at Ft. Benning who is here for ILE. He will most likely be a regular and I'll try to get him involved with IMCF and on the blog.

Husband is TDY so I did a WOD from home today.

I have a neighbor looking for sitter hours, so I'm hoping to hire her a few mornings a week while Chris is gone. Look forward to meeting some new folks now that school has started for the kids!

Fresh PCS to LVKS. Spent a few weeks in the bubble last summer while here TDY. Noah's latest office mate. Did the WOD at home - sub 8kg KB for medball. 5 rounds minus 7xKB cleans.
