IMCF Hohenfels:

Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5 @ 185 really focused on range of motion and power through the lift.

METCON:

7:41 scaled P/Us from CFSPU to CTDPUs after round 4. And completely failed to remember the 60 sec rest between rounds.

Played catch-up on yesterday's WOD. Hang snatch 5 x 1 at 115, front squat 5 x 3 to 205.

Then today's, 14:30ish total time. Low intensity on sprints...have a hamstring tweak that won't go away.

Ha, Scott -- I'll bet this was a whole different animal with no rest period.

I utilitzed the highly accurate "heel to toe" measurement method and determined the bubble was 42 yds, door to door, so I will call my sprints 40 yd sprints - for a time of 13:48..

Also did the WOD inside since the heavens opened up as I was finishing my warmup. I did 30 sec turnarounds since the dash was less than 50yds.

Also toyed around with snatch mechanics some more.

12: 07 at track on satturday. 50m pace count maybe too long since my splits were 9 sec, or I'm just getting old.
