17rds + 5x pull-ups

About one round below my average and more than three rounds below my best. Likely attributed to just coming off of what was about three weeks of vacation.

Pull ups were the weak link.

Set out for a 2RM Snatch, ended up working form...2nd pull needs work. Thanks to John for the pointers. Finished at 140.

Mary: 10rds + 13, good HSPU but some sloppy pistols. PR'd by a few reps.

11 rounds + 8 push ups for Cindy. About 1.5 rounds shy of my PR, but I hit a wall on the push ups much sooner than usual.

Thanks to Rob and Jacob and the others for waiting a few extra minutes so I could join in the group!

Mary - 7 pullups shy of 10 (or 9?)rounds. Chose Mary 'cause those movements are definitely bigger goats for me than Cindy.

21 rds + 10 push ups; a PR for me and a testament to working with a group (thanks Meg, Jacob, and Jason). I stayed with Jacob as long as I could and then my goal was to minimize the number of times he'd lap me. It made me push hard with only a few sets of broken push ups.

I need to work on Pistols before I can attempt Mary, I couldn't even do one so an entire WOD of them would have been funny to watch, but I would not have gotten much work out of it...

Played catchup with yesterday's WOD:
5 rounds = 4:56
5xDL @ 225
10 burpess

Then Cindy = 17 rounds + 10 squats

Jacob good job on your PR... 28 is smoking!

PR'd 21 rds w/ scaled knee pushups on 3 later rds. 13, 17th, 18th i think. Didnt want to but kept Intensity up.
