Great Workout and I appreciate it following the last Deadlift WOD we did. Allowed me to see progress. I was struggling earlier with form at the higher weights and asked COL Mike, the "godfather", about it. His advice on rising at the hip and shoulders at the same rate was spot on. Didnt accieve any PRs, but did good reps at 275. Amazing how great it feels when you do any olympic lift correctly. break, Lots of new guys poking around this AM. Gave them IMCF cards and talked about the fundamentals class coming up.

Too much fun last night. My PR is 335, so I'm happy.
Congrats on your PR, Alex!
