So, not feeling the heavy deadlift mojo today. Started higher than I should have based on where I ended up, but was expecting to go up to around 360 and just didn't have the gas.

Like Ed, I felt a little flat and backed off the weight. I did have a good session with Darin teaching him proper DL form.

not feeling it this morning. I worked up to 275 but could only get one rep out of it. Not happy.

Did this one Saturday morning after a 2.5 mile jog. W/o equipment.
Did the first 5 rounds 30 & 30, 4 rounds @ 25 & 30 & findished round #10 @ 30 x 30.
