WOD
Press: 5-5-5-5
Push Press: 3-3-3-3
Push Jerk: 1-1-1-1

 WOD w/o equipment

With a continuously running clock do one Handstand pushup (HSPU) the first minute, 2

behind the count, drop five reps and continue that count for a total of twenty minutes.

Good to be back in the bubble this morning.

Worked 115-125 on the Press
135-165 on the Push Press
155-185 on the Push Jerk

I'm putting together the plan for a Fundamentals course on July 14th. If you're interested in helping out as an instructor or assistant, post here or send me an e-mail at edward.gavin@gmail.com; same e-mail will work if you're interesting in attending.

Worked on hang cleans down here in Tejas and then did a triplet of DLs, box jumps and HSPUs.

Ed, I can help with Fundamentals on 14 Jul. I can lecture and primary coach. Just let me know.

Can't remember jerking 1rm before, so probably PR'd at 145# on the last one.
Warmed up with 2x rounds, WOD'd, then ran round the golf course with Mark McK., doing "fartlek" intervals.
Love strength days! Strength is my goat.
