WOD
Front Squat: 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
The idea here is to work up to a 1RM around your fifth lift

WOD w/o equipment
Work on handstands and walking on hands for 30 minutes.

Friday!
100x Burpees in sets of 20 (5x20).
Then,
100x Burpees for time: 4.30.
Then,
5 rounds of 500m row, 2 min jump rope, and 3 min of kb work (35#). Time: 42.10.

My little group did front squats
Joel reached 195
Kevin reached 155
I hit 265 which is close to what I did a couple months ago.

I was glad to see the strength work keep it up!!!

Been missing the bubble while down here in "THE GREAT PLACE." Not only our community but our thermostat setting. Their gym is much mo' hotter than ours.

Today was 4 RFT of 95#PP, 15 CTB and 20 wall balls. 18:27. CTB eventually degraded to just kipping PUs as my arms were shot.

I'm three weeks out from a meet so I modified the workout to 5x5 snatch and front squat.

Worked to #205, tried #215 on set 7 but failed - mostly mental, I think!

12:32 - last set of CTB Pullups had to complete the last 7 as regular kipping PUs.
