What time do you want to kick off this WOD? And will there be a briefing before?

Can I claim Jacob as my partner now?

We'll brief at 0545 to kick off around 0550. Hope to see a few teams together! Thanks, Jacob! :)

Jacob H. - I'm looking forward to getting linked up with you again; welcome back. I've got two more TRAC-sters that started CF with me here and will join us at the bubble.

IMCF(FWD) @ Ft. Lee - it was the farewell WOD as TDY is finally drawing to a close. We did the same WOD we did here on day 1 over six weeks ago. I did get a better score so I'm obviously pleased.

10min AMRAP
10 x OHS @ 80lbs (that's the most weight I can get on one of the gym's bars)
10 x burpee barbells
6rds + 5 burpees

Team Charles and Ed - 16:14. Realized that keeping up with Jacob was not too likely ...

Glad to hear you're heading back Rob, the bubble population is fairly sparse at the moment.

4 Sets of:
90s AMRAP of-
3 DB PC/PJ 50/40#
5 Burpees
8 Swings 24/16

Team Jon Bryon and Jacob, 14:57. Jon is a late afternoon man, trying to convince him to switch his lifestyle and join the morning crews. Great programming Meg. MAJ Craig are you back at TRAC yet?

Team Meg/Justine: Just shy of 20min. I jump roped for :55 in lieu of 200m--smoked my shoulders, so maybe rowing would have been an easier sub.

Thanks for the feedback on the month!

I am not a robot because I can read the number 5.

I am not a robot but I am convinced Jacob and Jon are after seeing their time. Nice job gents.
