WOD w/o equipment:
Run 1 mile, execute 10 air squats every minute on the minute.

IMCF Hohenfels:

APFT this AM. Scored 297. Run was weak-link; however, longest run (2-mile) in several weeks. Still "recovering" from plantar fasciatis.

Then

6rds + 10 OHS + 5 DUs @ 85lb OHS

Glad to see Jacob is back in town this summer. Once again I can feel like a slacker when I see my times and scores compared to his.

Finished 7th round right at 15:58... I did much better at DUs this morning.

5 rounds + 10 OHS + 35 DU. OHS @ 55#, should have done 60. Couldn't string DU to save my life...I'll blame trying to keep weight off my bum heel.
