So do you do one exercise all the way through and then the next, or one of each exercise for one rep, then two reps, etc.?

IMCF(FWD) @ CrossFit RVA in Richmond, VA.
Murph
36:47 w/o vest. PR by almost 3min...Although their run route had some inclines in it, I think it was short. Still, a great WOD and about 30 fellow crossfitters to share the suck.

Linked up with some old high school friends and introduce d them to CrossFit.

2 x person team WOD

10 x push press (75/45)
20 x ring rows
30 x box jumps
40 x Burpees
50 x Abmats
200m run

Jacque and I completed 2 rounds as a team.

Only one partner could work at a time the other was in the plank.

Finally did this one at RX, took me a little over 20 min though...

14ish--not very stable keeping weight off my bum heel, so I slowed down.

I know a few people scaled up on this WOD...it is definitely Rx at a low weight, but my intent was to make the weight lower to force the intensity of speed. Sorry I didn't better explain so!
