Good workout Meg! 59 pu and almost got lapped by John on the run. Had a mental debate about the standard for pu. I do extra kips at the bottom which are kind of rests or resets but hands don't come off.

Ed, I will take another pic at 6:30am tomorrow if you are around to add in people. Also today at 4:30. Paige, I will wait for you tomorrow morning to add you in around 7 if that works.

Erin, the intent was to try and keep working without reset (I assume-CFHQ doesn't specifically say in their own description) so it sounds like you did just right!

14-10-10-10-10-9 (tore pretty bad on the 9th pull-up) so did the last run but opted out of the 7th round of PU.

Did all kipping Pull Ups. Lost rhythm and grip on the 4th set.

Six rounds plus 25 meters into the seventh. Did all the pull-ups kipping.
