AMRAP 14 Min
Bar Facing Burpees with Partner

One Partner works while the other partner conducts AMBAT Situps; Partners can switch as often or as little as possible. Any burpees performed while partner does not conduct ABMAT sit-ups are a no rep. As with the Army APFT, partner must make a continual effort to sit-up.

As usual, I performed this WOD as an Army of One.

AMRAP in 14min of bar facing burpees (no ABMAT situps)

97 reps complete (of note 12.1 was around 76 reps so good improvement)

Mark and Wade -175 reps. Muscle Up Transitions weren't happening after all those burpees for me. I was surprised the sit-ups seemed to be the hard part.

I couldn't be bothered to haul a bar for the burpees so the hood and guests did 5 RTF 30 pushups/40 ABMAT sit-ups/50 squats/run 400. Good crew. 23.04

Did solo this morning alternating on the minute between Burpees and ab mat situps. Goal was to hold to 12 bar facing Burpees or 20 situps per min. Ended with 84 Burpees and 140 ab mat situps. Also worked on some MUs and ended with some snatch work.....

Good crew this morning, it was nice being outside and out of my comfort zone of the bubble.

Rich & Rob 153. Surprising, because burpees normally kill me. I put in a run around the golf course afterward, surprised I did just as well as I normally do with no workout prior to running. Maybe this whole CF thing is working? Four weeks in the logbook!

Great WOD with James, Greg, and Debbie. Not sure of my time, but it was long, cold, and painful. :)

DON'T FORGET--COACH CAPPS SEMINAR TOMORROW FROM 10-12 IN THE BUBBLE. IF YOU PLANNED ON GOING BUT HAVEN'T PAID YET, THAT'S FINE. WE TOLD HIM WE'D HAVE AROUND 14 PEOPLE, AND ONLY 6 HAVE PAID. PLEASE HELP MAKE THIS TALK WORTH HIS TIME...IT WILL DEFINITELY BE WORTH YOURS!
