2d try today on the Games WOD. Graded and coached by Mark. 34 reps today, an improvement over Thursday's 31. Read up on technique, got coaching tips from Rob and Mark, and practiced on PVC. #135 is still heavy though! I love the technical nature of the snatch. Definitely going to include Oly practice as part of the daily warmup.

Redo today with 42 reps, James graded. Greatly appreciate the turnout today to support the WOD.

If you haven't, I encourage you to read the article on the Games page regarding mental attitude before and during a WOD. I went into the WOD Friday anticipating failure due to some significant strength loss in the last few months, only to find out I could do a few of the 75#. I don't normally believe in redoing a workout because I encourage other athletes to respect their own effort, and I didn't do that Friday. It's amazing how much of a game changer attitude really can be!
