9:20. Did DU (and struggled to string them together today) and L sits on the 24" box. I tried really hard to keep my hips at 90 degrees, but my knees were closer to 45.

Round 1, 2: 20 sec, 10 sec
Round 3: 15/15
Round 4, 5: 10/10/10

8:30, holy crap I was actually hitting my DUs today. I PR the stringing at 31. Thanks Tiffany for letting me use them today. :)

I did L-Sits on the Squat stands, I tried hard to keep my legs at 90 degrees also, but it was a constant struggle.

11:08 Rx'd with pass throughs. DUs were more there than usual so that's the good news I guess. Oh and the super bowl diet is not recommended for performance.

This morning: 5x20sec L-sit as skill, then 5x5 thrusters: 75-95-115-115-135.

WOD: 3:1 SU, scaled to 8 reps of pass-thrus - 12:38. My pass thrus prolly didn't count... I scaled them out of pure frustration with my inability to do them right.

A disappointing 17:40 today. Was good to be back in the bubble. Only managed 2 DUs today so scaled with SUs and 15 pass through each round.

9:37, and any questions I might have had about the effect of rich foods and lots of beer (ie Superbowl party) have been answered. Thankfully I think this helped me push through the nastiness.

Did DU skill work before and after, eventually strung 10 together, which is a PR for me.
Whole30 "worked"... my Super Bowl diet also left me feeling like poo.

13:15 with L sits. My mojo left me on rounds 4 and 5 and I slowed down considerably. I did manage to string together 18 DUs, which is a record for me.

After realizing that my current level of coordination and "skill" make DUs seem impossible, I'm wondering if the community has links to some tutorials that have helped them. Looking to show marked improvement before graduation.
