Modified with what I had on hand as well- 30lb dumbbell in lieu of kb complete in 37:48 Burpees about broke me off- still didn't manage any DUs so did 150 SU
Was planning on doing the filthy 50 today but ended up doing my max rep pillow pushes when my alarm didn't go off. :) Hope to see you all tomorrow morning!
28:12...was drag drag draaaaagging today. Definitely the kind of workout where I need to start with someone and push through together. Thanks for the reminder to keep moving, Greg...I sorely needed it!
First off, my apologies to everyone for cheating you out of a full WOD this morning. I didn't check the post thoroughly, and we missed out on 50 knees to elbows after the lunges! We'll call this morning a "dirty" 50...not quite "filthy".
With that said, it was still a blast. Finishing off with burpees and DUs was a treat: 21:06.
First 20 pullups were from the deck, the remaining 30 were from a box. And somewhere between wallballs and burpees I went to a very dark place that I hope never to return to.
27:49 - did the first 10 pullups from the deck then had to move to the 20 in box to finish up the jumping pullups.. subbed 3 to 1 SU for the the DUs. Great work out...
22:48. Felt pretty good on everything until the wall balls....and then followed by burpees! Those killed me. My form on burpees for numbers 15-35 were pretty weak...focused on good form for the last 15 or so.
24:56 Burpees had a slowing effect on my momentum. Mostly SUs (150) with a few DUs mixed in. Even with out the toes to bar, the dirty 50 was a great WOD.
33:53; DUs were initially elusive, so I did 51 SU (3:1 = 17 DU-equivalents). Rough one for me. I realized at the 20 minute mark I probably should've set a cut-off time for myself today.
25:32 as Rx for my first IMCF workout. Echo the comments that all was good until the wallball/burpee combo... but not bad overall after a few weeks slacking while moving here.

The speciality of CrossFit is that there is no specialization. It is a broad, general, and inclusive program that is designed to make you fit. Combining the daily phyisical training with a paleoithic, properly proportioned diet and you will exceed what you thought was possible through diet and exercise.

It makes my day seeing the early posts from IMCF Wodders on the other side of the world
a nauseating 23.43
23:37 Rx'd. Wallballs and Burpees back to back makes for quite a slow-down.
24:13, great WOD, thanks for the push James!
The new What is Crossfit video is really good, and makes me thankful for IMCF!!
27:33 Rx'd
I was dragging tail today. Burpees added too many minutes to my time!
"Proptic" - somebody prop me up somewhere so I can take a nap.
21:23 Rx'd. Was in the 16s before burpees...hate those things.

23:48 Rx'd. Burpees were my downfall as well.

I think I'm going to buy the t-shirt from Life AsRx that says "Buck Furpees"
