Felt pretty good today.

Wasn't ready for Darin to use a heavy load so we worked on balance and control with the bar and maintaining the point of performance with some weight on his back - 65 lbs.

90# and worked on form. Tried some pull ups because Mondays arms are fresh but not much luck. Should probably watch more videos. Or maybe if I had cool red shoes I could do better!

All -- The Lamp was hesitant in promoting the fundamentals class on 3 December since Crossfit is a private company. Anyway, I've approached FMWR and asked if they would place an ad in the Insider. Please make sure you are advertising the 3 December class by word of mouth in an effort to get the information out. If you are in an ILE class, tell your small group about the opportunity.

Mike - you are supposed to put amount of weight you squatted not the theoretical load capacity of commercially available forklifts.

My kids decided that 0500 was wake up time today so I had to executed a time and attention expedient 5 x5 press. 125/125/125/25/135

Assuming I have the bar weight correct (45# vs 35#):
95-95-95-115-115-125
Not familiar with the gym I used here at Ft. Riley but I assume I had a 45# bar. Did 3x bar only to warm up and check form.
