Before you gorge yourself for Turkey Day. First be thankful for Crossfit. Then do this WOD!!!

Thursday

5 Min AMRAP
Run 400
Then.....
Burpees until time elapses

Post # of burps completed

Once complete go kill your Turkey and eat some Pecan pie.

started with a run around my hotel complex followed by 41 special hangover burpees.

I promised puppy a run yesterday, so we went 1 1/4 miles, no burpees. I'm sure he would have liked longer and faster, but it was a team WOD, so he was stuck at my pace.

Did ~2 mile run then followed with 51 burpees in 3:30.

It's another beautiful rainy day in WA, but who's complaining when there's crossfit! So, by the looks of my black pants right now you'd think I was being a good betty crocker and baking in the kitchen, but instead the flour look I've got going on all over my pants is the sign of a great WOD with lots of chalk...

10 burpees with jumps over the bar
10 toes to bar (my all time fav)

35 on my second try. I thought I could get at least 40 so I tried a second time. Thanks for the motivation Tiffany. I wasn't going to workout today until I talked to you! :)
