Dan has reserved 4 lanes at the pool 0530 - 0630. You can use their kickboards too.

Hello from the Land Down Under, mates! Gee, I missed out on the Aussie talk yesterday. All of you cynics on ya bike! The Coriolis effect is alive and well, and the dunny does in fact swirl in the opposite direction. I can't find Fosters here, so I'll take a nice cold James Boags instead. Your country is mighty fun, James! Cheers!

ahhh Boags - I am impressed that you got a research grant to confirm:
a) the water goes the other way, and
b) we have the best beer in the world

Made up the SQT WOD...245, 265, 275, 295, 315. Didn't hit the 1 RM and instead dropped back down to 225 for 10. Finished up on the rower with 1000m.

On another note, t-shirts should be in today or tomorrow.

15 min. Improvement with pool breathing. I like what Jason said, you get out of it what you put into it. I like looking at intensity that way instead of worrying about the time or the person next to me.

Pool here at Riley was 50m so I avoided the kick board and the awkward issue of having to end the Kickboard in the middle of the pool, sub'd situps (50 m swim, 15 CF PUs, 15 SUs) for 11:47
