20 toes to bar
10 Squat snatches @ 95lb

Remember these are squat snatches, scale if you need to so you can catch the weight in a full squat.

16:00...scaled the Snatch SQT to 75lbs to work some better form. James beasted this thing and I think he was outside high-fiving with a clown for a bit. Last round of Snatch SQT was maddeningly frustrating, I was stuck on 8 for what seemed like 10 incorrect attempts. Thanks for the push Dan

Scaled SQT Snatch to 55# (to get deep squat for my bad form) :)

17:40 as Rx'd. This was good, the Squat Snatch was a MOTHER!!! Failed a bit on my last set, but glad I did not scale.

Oh, not rx'd- used 53# bar because I haven't done snatches in a long time.

Rough wod. Almost 30 minutes. I couldn't stay on the bar, open skin from monday and weak forearms. Should have gone to ab mat. But improved to 14# ball & 35# for snatch & a few done correctly.

Ugly morning for this guy...

Despite a thorough warm-up and scaling snatches to 65#, I tweaked my shoulder on the first set. As a result, I did one-handed power snatches for my last set.

Wow this was a rough workout! Finished in about 16:33- scaled the toes to bar to the ab mat after the first 10 due to grip issues, squat snatch with 55#- tried at 65# and had an epic fail.

I'm trying to follow James' example and resting my shoulder for 2-3 wks to get it healed up.

Darin did 4 rds of:
15 Wall Ball
10 Knees to Elbows (or close)
5 Overhead Squats
10:09 Total Time

I'm really proud of how hard he is working.

IMCF - good for the Soldier, great for the family.

Webster's definition of suck:
slang; to be objectionable or inadequate

Noah's definition of suck: Any triplet that includes 30 snatches.

21 min with 75# bar....i know I am still working on mechanics but I agree with Noah that sucked, if he hadn't been there I would have tapped out after second wall ball round....
