Warmed up with 35# bar tof check my form. 65, 65, 85, 85, 85. Really struggled on the last two reps on that last set but really feeling some improvement

MOBWOD goodness for today:

1. Jess - nothing jumped out at me about thumbs. It might be worth trying "no thumb" pullups to reduce the stress on it. Play around with different grips and see if anything is better or worse.

45-65# - We found our max, so that was positive. Thanks for the tips Julie & Mike! Then got to run with Tiffany, I know I go faster with a stronger runner.

135 across. Failed on 4th rep of 3rd and 5th set, but re-racked and finished the set on both.

There are at least 3 "Tommy Boy" jokes I just thought of by the way.

Side note - Crossfit WORKS. Just had the best PT test I've had since my platoon leader days. Thanks to all of you for the consistent motivation every morning. I've had such great success, I've actually talked my wife into starting up this week.

45-65-70-75 I did not have 80 in me today.

The Leavenworth Yoga Coop is running a special, $65 for unlimited classes for November, with December thrown in free. They have about 18 classes per week, usually $10 per class. About half would work around an ILE schedule, and some classes are dedicated for beginners. I went to my first class last night, the environment and people are great so far. I used to practice 2 x per week (regular yoga), or 1 x per week (Bikram "hot yoga"). My box in DC has actually started offering it on-site. I'm hoping to go 1-2 x per week in evenings or on weekends if someone wants a buddy.

For those of you hoping to improve flexibility, it's worth looking in to, it may tie in well with the upcoming mobility course.
