Any suggestions for a sub? No Wall balls at G4. In fact there is a sign on all the walls at the gym that reads "Keep hands, feet, and other body parts off the walls in this facility." Boy I miss the bubble.

Darin scaled to 3:00 with a 6# ball and got 29 reps.

Took a few reps to get this one figured out. I wanted to catch the ball instead of letting it hit the floor...81. Cooled down with some MU work.

63 Clusters with 45 pound bar. Now I know what a piston feels like. :) followed it up wth 30 min on Elliptical.

Man three days of brats and Scnitzel at Oktoberfest this past weekend was not good. Gained three pounds. That is why I have declared this salad week with grilled chicken, well except for the hockey game tommorrow and Roller Derby on Sunday, but other than that I am trying to be good.

49 reps with 14# ball; I let the ball drop on each rep, so maybe that slowed me down.

14 lb wall ball. 10 ft target. (missed 10 ft a couple times)

I did 400 meters of walking lunges on Monday which did not help me at all this morning. Legs are smoked!

I counted 75 reps with 10# ball...I also let it drop between reps. I see a recurring theme that I need to increase my weight to increase the level of difficulty but this smoked me tonight!

I also needed a couple reps before I got my groove. No idea how many reps with 10# ball- so focused on form I forgot to count! Worked on good hip extension because I need to improve that portion of my cleans. Followed up with some pullup work.

James- I have not placed the order yet. I put a sign up sheet as well as some of the color examples and rope details on the white board in the bubble. I will leave it up until after my workout on Monday morning and plan to place the order Monday afternoon.
