I won't be in until around 0645 or so. Anyone coming a little later?

BTW,
It should read as 5x sets of 3 reps for the Hang Santch and Drop Snatch

8:27 Rx'd.

Had to wait for Pullups in G4 as it was concentration isolation work every muscle in your arm and shoulders day on the Cable crossover machine with Pull up bar attachment. Oh well...I neeeded the rest anyway. No PR for me.

BTW. Ran my fastest 5K ever on Sat. 20:50. It beat my best race ever that I ran in 1986 [20:54] as 7th Grader weighing about 130 pounds. My previous best was 21:30 that I ran in 2002. And I did it without really any running to prepare. ONly Crossfit. Love this stuff. I believe repeat of the Crossfit games is on ESPN tonight. Gotta love the Bodyweight Ninja [Spealler], that dude is awesome. HOpe he comes out and teaches the Cert this month like he did last year. IF so, make sure he keeps it under 55 mph. LOL.

Personal best, but I think I should be faster - especially on the 15 set.

5:34 RX'd, great to be back in the "Bubble"' this morning.

Thanks for the push this morning Roger and Mike.

It was really cool to see Meg in this morning she is the Queen of the MBAs or is it BAMs.

Scott - nice 5k time. Run like it's 1986!

4.30 this morning - nauseating.

My previous PR was 3.40 but there was a clock stoppage that day and today made me question if it was accurate. Anyway 4.30 is going to be my new official PR.

Wow...not a good day back in the bubble. Everyone was gone besides Chris M. and I. 6:33. Almost 2 mins slower than my PR (4:36). Curse you Fran.

7:18 rx'd. Not a PR but not bad considering I just started doing pullups again last week after getting over an injury.

Had to work through a whole new level of "not-feelin'-it" this morning. Much love to Alex, Jay, and Rich for the push.

5:02...a little off my PR, which I'll chalk up to this being a monday. Somebody was having a monday...

12 mins and some change with lots of scaling. Killer workout.

Greg-thanks for the shout out...it's great to be there. I've truly missed the group dynamic in my own training. Now I just need to get back on my game so I can bring it! :-) We're going with MBAs for the 9:30 class--Morning Bad Asses. Much better than Divas.
9:40ish...struggled on the Thrusters.
