Did 135-135-135-135-135-135-fail (fell on my backside and unloaded the bar)

This is a 30# PR over my last 1 RM

Am thrilled to do this movement with this weight

Hello everyone from IMCF Forward in Vicksburg, MS. About 20 of us SAMSTERs conducted:

AMRAP of 100m Lunges, 20 CFPUs, 20 Air Squats

5 rounds plus 20 CFPUs/20 Air Squats. The lunges were nasty, or I mean totally awesome!!

Hope everyone is doing great back at the bubble, we will be brining it down in Mississippi.

The WOD for my group should read as 3x 1 mile runs. The 6x 400m is for next tuesday. Cheers.

BTW, my 1 mile times were 7:15, 7:18, and 7:18.

Similar to Kyle, needing work on my first pull and speed through the transition. The 'fails' were basically losing momentum and not getting under the bar quick enough.

Ok, my ego got the best of me today. I just had to get that last rep for today's WOD. 185 clean & jerk, new PR. I guess I need to buy some more weights for the house!

Warm up:

155 F x 3 [didn't clean it]

I just couldn't get under bar for the 155 clean. Maybe I did too much on WARM up. Just wasn't feeling it. 145 felt strong.

135, 155, 175, 185, 195, 200, 205. A little rough on that last one, but complete.
