18:21 as Rx'd.

Cleans were tougher than anticipated, though I suppose that's usually the case.

IMCF WOD
4 RFT (scales to 3 rds)
15 x 115 lbs snatch (scaled 65)
400m run
20:46
If for nothing else CF keeps me humble by crushing my ego everyday. Strength is there for this one, form & flexibility are not.....yet!

I guess next time I need to wake up a bit more, big difference between squat snatch & squat cleans....

18:35 as RX'd. I thought I would have to scale this one. But I kept gutting it out, and I am glad I did. This one was hard, but my form was pretty good (I think) so I kept it RX'd, and my intensity was still pretty high.

Good WOD Noah!!

I think I will include "60 cleans @115" on my list of things that don't count as recreation 17.42 rxed

21:15. Last set of cleans did me in. I'm pretty happy with my form though; nice deep squat. 95lbs and 400M row

I was right at 18:45 right behind Greg. I felt my form giving (thus my lower back started really tightening up) so I dropped the last 2 rounds to 95. Still a kick in the can! Good WOD.

Dang Kyle...you did this with Snatch??

Kyle - you are always thinking about that aren't you?

Felt weak and hungry, so scaled to 45# and completed it in around 17 min. Good job this morning, guys!

17:13, as Rx'd. That was good and painful, but definitely easier if you use complete the multiple lifts in the clean as one movement. Lots of folks seem to have a tendency to stop at the high hang, and then pull the bar up to the front squat, and then squat down...you're killing yourselves! Use the momentum from your hips, get under the bar, and then stand up with it. You're certainly completing the exercise, regardless, but performing way more work than is required.

16:27 scaled weight to 95#.
I think I ran 400m.

I ran outside since all Treadmills were taken at G4....and lets be honest here...I am safer running in traffic at dusk in the rain wearing all black [exactly what I did]. Good thing the PT belt stormtroopers were not out.

I think I could have gone with RX'd weight. But I was really happy with form. Better to get form right now...weight will come up gradually in time.

BTW. Crossfit games are on "The Dos" tonight. That is ESPN 2 for all of you non Dodgeball fans.

20:30 as rx'd. 15 cleans were harder than I thought they'd be.

25:11 65#
I sacrificed depth for load so the squat part of my squat cleans were a little shallow.
