Late November - Harney Gym - Iron Major CrossFit Games II

We might be starting a trend here of fare-welling a class with our very own mini CrossFit games The first one was held in May 2011 and was family day. This time we want WOD's for adults and kids - we have RAND working on a scoring and scaling system so anyone can win. We plan on it taking about two hours on a Saturday morning and then after we can all go out to breakfast or lunch together.

All events are also in the IMCF Calender

The date of 31 Heores is the same as the SAMS run.

Thanks Jamie - good spot - my first instinct is that SAMS should be doing 31 heroes....

I think Rich should take that up with the School.

We should register with IMCF, I'm sure, is there a plan for shirts and anything else they may send? Not being a regular affiliate do we have a separate mailing address?

April - let me talk to 31 Heroes.

Just a suggestion to edit this post to add to the 31 heros section that we can just put IMCF for the tshirt location. Some people may not read all of the comments.

I usually work out at the bubble after my classes around 4pm along with several other CGSC students.
CF Seminars on Saturday mornings would be easier for people like me to attend since we live over on the Missouri side.
