Fort Leavenworth FMWR
Harney Gym and Pool will be closed from 0730-0900 tomorrow for a training
exercise. Both will reopen at 0900. Please note Harney "Annex" aka Harney
"Bubble Gym" will be open regular business hours with no interruption of
service.

Really concentrated on form this morning, when I moved up to 245, I could feel my chest leaning forward causing tension in my lumbar curve. I dropped back to 225 to finish out.

Great crew this morning, lots of new faces.

Stayed with 185 across today to focus on form. Like Greg said, lots of new faces! Also saw a lot of folks challenged/ frustrated, etc, with depth and mobility on squats. Check out today's mobility WOD....some good info to see where it may apply to you.
