Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds. Scale as needed.

The 0530 Class WOD for tomorrow is:
Snatch: 1-1-1-1-1; Weighted Pull-up: 1-1-1-1-1; and 15-12-9: Glute Ham Raises and Pull-ups.

Bench: 185lbs , 9,8,6,6,6 pullups: 15,16,11,10,10....great workout felt strong for a Monday...every day a little stronger, every week a little better.

I had to sub. As many meteres and reps in 15 minutes as possible of:
Run 1 mile 30 TTB Run 800 20 ttb run 400 10 ttb - I got about 250m into the 400 in the allotted time

175# on the bench (Bench/PU)...15/25, 11/22, 10/16, 7/16, 7/12, 136 total...I think, not real good with math.

I'm thinking I may try a 1 rep max later today - feeling squirrelly.

Anyone else having issues accessing the L1 trainer application? My computer apparently hates me.

Bench: 205 - 10, 8, 6, 5, 4.5 (got more than a little help on that last one).

Pullups: 25, 17, 15, 12, 10
