Greg, I'm interested in the coaches prep training tomorrow, but need to plan my morning accordingly. How long do you think it'll go?

@Dan Greg said to plan fir no more than 45 minutes.

We should be done by 0700, I will stay later if necessary, but I think most will bolt by 0700.

From Iron Major (Waikiki detachment)...Annie 9:16. Some coordination issues on the DUs in the middle sets but got it straightened out. Added a short swim in the cool, refreshing waters of the Pacific Ocean. Another crappy day in Hawaii...

8:20 for Annie, double unders were few are far between.

Why do I consistently not practice these, I am avoiding a goat.

Time for 100 DU a day for a month I think.

TEAM WOD tomorrow, we will brief at 0545 and begin shortly after.

See you there

10:36 Annie ...singles no DU...need to practice those.

12:28 for me; wasted too much time transitioning between DU and SU - that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Greg - I am with you - how many freaking time have I said I will practice these and then do a few days of 100 for time and fall off the wagon. They are the Sun Tzu goat - they somehow shape me so I decline to bring them to open battle.

anyway 7.34

11:45 - and no DU were injured during the execution of this WOD. Might have to join James on some goat hunting...

9:33.

Continuing Greg's comment trend of DU being a goat. I had streaks of 'decent' and then lots of uncoordinated flailing.

IMCF Hohenfels:

No jump-rope...
Subbed 36" box jumps for DUs

11:07 50, 40, 27 box jumps then disaster struck! I now have a nice gash on my shins from the box and a few stitched to add to the other scars on my shins.

7:48. James smoked me on the abmat. I hear the fussing about jump ropes and double unders, but from my foxhole I saw a heck of a lot of improvement across the board today with everyone including James, Greg, Kay and Ed. I think you guys did very well.

7:34. No, I wasn't trying to match James, just got lucky enough to catch him today!

Enjoyed the coaching practice today, too. If you have any interest in making yourself better, and getting better at helping others improve, I would definitely recommend joining this little group once a week. Keep gettin' better...

13:05. I am about as lame as it comes with a jump rope. I would be totally down to practice 100 DUs a day.

Sounds like we may have a new group of doing 100 DUs everyday for a month????
