Ok....back on the wagon!! 4:40 with subs of burpees for KBS. Not pretty. Funny thing, you think you "need" to take a week off, but in reality, it seems to hurt worse starting up again!!

4:10 SUB'D tuck jumps for BJ in the globo gym. sub'd 55 lbs for 70 today as well. Got lots of looks today as I worked on DU & pistol squats post WOD.

Jim & Mike if you guys are still posting & reading there is a new Box here in Clarksville that is currently ladies only. I spoke with the owner yesterday and they want to expand but have no guy trainers, hint, hint, nudge, nudge......

Was able to break away from packing the house and went to the bubble. Did the WOD with 53# KB at 4:41, also worked on DUs with the rope I got for father's day was able to string together 2-3 at a time.

I still need help loading some furniture tomorrow. The truck will drop off the trailer in the morning and I will start loading what I can, if you can help please come at any time. I will provide food and beverages. Please email me if you can help so I can get a count for food etc... (heilme@me.com)

Thanks I am looking forward to my last week at the bubble next week (truck will be packed so no excuses)

Had to pee in a cup then went outside and did a WOD on the sidewalk.

5:42 for 24" box jumps and 35 lb KBS...then worked on handstands (thanx for the tips the other day, Rob), did some abmat work, then pullups (still working on the "kip"

3:34 as Rx'd; this was an excellent short WOD.

Karl spent time in the bubble yesterday afternoon with Bill and it really showed in his technique. He and I went over KBS and the MECHANICS-CONSISTENCY-INTENSITY concpet. It's fun to see his enthusiasm and it's contagious. We are getting pretty good numbers at the gym every morning. I thought it would be rather sparse until the new class started, but the number of people working out in the morning is really good. Karl mentioned that yesterday afternoon there were quite a few people in around 1500.
