“Death By Pull Ups……"

In the first minute do one pullup in the second minute do two pullups, once you fail, subtract four pullups and then continue until the 20th minute.

0530 Class

MMD 1                                   MMD 2                                     8x Hill Sprint

Note: the hill you choose should have a steep grade and be at least 50m - 100m long

Knocked out in the 13th minute. Finished the last 7 minutes with 9, 9, 8, 7, 7, 7, 8 per minute.

Improved by one since last time, made it through the 15th minute, finished out with 11 per round until 20.

Made a weak attempt at making up yesterday's snatch workout, 95-115-115-115.

Failed on 12. Had to resort to blue bands to finish out at 8 per minute. Fun stuff.

Re-did Monday's WOD. Group this morning grew to 10. Spreading the word.

Made it to 10 then resorted to jumping pullups for the remainder of time.

Up'd my PR by 2 mins through 16 minutes....tried at 17 but I was spent.

Failed on minute 10 using dead hang pullups. Did 7 per minute for the remainder using a kip or jump.

Missed out today...alarm just didn't get me up. I was going to sub anyway, as my shoulder still needs rest. (Will be getting a good pullup workout on Saturday anyway with Jackie for Joplin.) Going to go run here in about a half hour...gotta get ready for the Warrior Dash!

Made it to 15 min then 11,11,11,11, 10 for 174 total and one nice bloody flapper on the left hand. No laughing when I show up wearing a lifting glove...

The house is packed and the family is finally at the hotel. Was not able to WOD today. Movers where at the house late. Any who, going to get back on it tomorrow.

Made it to the 7th minute before requiring an assist; After that set used blue bands, then green bands, then jumped off the box. Exhaustion by minute 16.
