Fort Gordon, GA. Sub'd CFPU for HSPU. 5 rounds plus 20 tuck jumps plus 15 CFPU plus 5 air squats. Had a group of 6 join me today. Then went on a 20 minute run.

I had to check the ego again today with only 45 lbs.  Strength is there, technique & proper form is not! So "fixing" my OHS is my next goal. I had to do a few MUs to make myself feel better.....

L sit came in 5 second intervals; took quite a bit longer than 1 minute. Snatch Squats 95-115-95.

Squat Snatch- 95-115-125 (had to push out the last one a little)-115-115 than some at 95 to practice form.

L-sits in 20, 15, 10, 10 and 10 second stretches for 65 seconds.

It was so quiet in the bubble this morning I just kind of wandered around doing a little of this and a little of that for warmups.

Did the 0530 except reversed the order P/U then Burpee - 19:19 and it sucked.

75-95-115-135-140(F)-135, form pretty sketchy at 135. L-sit broken to 30,20,10s.

Ugh, a day of goats. Snatch was 75-85-80-85-80. Then did some front squats and push presses to punish that goat for being so terrible at it. L sits were 4X15 secs. HS's coming along, don't look completely pathetic anymore in a HS.

Went light on snatch - 53# across the board, then did the Army b-day run. Happy Birthday Army! Hooray for patrol caps!
