My knee (the one I had scoped) is really sore from the last week's worth of workouts. I'm looking forward to the 1 minute work out! Then MUs for me!!! Anyone coming in the afternoon, I can help with DUs for a while.

Well, the Shoulder presses were mediocre today: 3x 145, 3x 165, 3x 165, 2x 175(f) => 2x 165, 2x 170, 2x 175 (f2).

On a bright note, I did two flexed arm muscle-ups today...

27:15-ish.......ugly but done. After everyone left I was alone with the music and felt a bit of a "Zen" moment...set a new PR of 20linked DUs!!...Slowly but surely I am taking down this goat!!
