I think six rounds - one behind whatever Wilson posts - unbroken on the thrusters but the KTB broke me off.

Good to see some folks knocking over stands and threatening the insulation during their front squats

5 rounds. . .4 and 5 got pretty slow. I wish I had gotten back to my barbell quicker and done a couple more thrusters.

7 rnds, 15 thrusters, 12 T2B. I mistakenly did toes to bar instead of the RX'd knees to elbows. Great job this morning to everyone. A lot of intensity.

Dave, what's the update on the team standings? For those that don't know, IMCF is now tied for 30th place in the region.

Made up the Front Squat WOD from earlier in the week.

I've become a huge believer in the warm-up we were taught at the CPC last weekend. If you haven't been exposed to it, please ask...I'll bet you'll get better results no matter what WOD you're doing.

Thanks for the coaching, Higgity.

5 rounds plus 12 thrusters (53#); I got the order mixed up and did thrusters first. KTE were my LIMFAC this time, so I was glad I went up in weight.

7rds + 8 thrusters

the link below gives great instruction on kipping for K2E and T2B

I ended up doing this one alone this morning becasue I talked way too long and by the time I was ready the group had already finished! Very bad habit.

congrats to Neal on posting big gains on his front squat.

My FS: 175-185-195f-195-205f-195

working on keeping elbows up, knees out, lumbar curve, weight on the heels. And yes, i tried to "pop" the bubble like James as I knocked over a rack. If you ain't failing, you ain't trying!

Weak sauce this morning. Anyone going in prior to the CAC run for a quick WOD or warm up?
