Open Gym fellas, please make sure I have at least 1 rack available for my 0530 group. Should only be me, LTC Reineke and COL Grigsby.

You got it Jamie - I will mark it with a pink frisbee and hulu hoop

Sweet...Nothing like a littel hulla to work on "opening" the hips. See you guys tomorrow for the fun.

effigacy is low for a morning bubble trip for me today - is anyone going straight after the class gift?

SP- 95-115-120-125-130F-125F-115

PP-115-125-135-145-150 failed on third rep at 150

Both of the 145 fails were on rep 5 and the second attempt at that weight almost went up. . . I was just cooked or as Spence said I "wilted like a flower"

Shoulder Press: 3x 165, 3x 175(F3), 2x 175, 2x 180(F2), 1x 185(F), 1x 185(F). So 5 lbs under my max.

However, I did get 2x2 of consecutive muscle ups today. So, now I can work on stringing more than two together.

NO CF for me today. Finished the German Sports Badge testing this am with Ruck March. Great job Kay. Now I must go and pop my blisters.

95-105-115-120-120 (125f)

On sp rep 5 I tried 125 twice before going back down to 120
PJ- went light weight to work on coordination and did figure out that I am not moving the bar around my head as I ramed the bar into my chin on 3d round so was doing one part correct.

Press- 115, 120, 125 then moved on to PP. The slow movement of the strict press was killing my wrist.

PP- 125, 135, 140, 145, 155- PR!! Justin and Matt helped me realize I wasn't getting much of a dip or drive...with that I shot up!

PJ- went back to 140 because I couldn't get the reps. Worked back up to 150 1 rep, which is still more than I've ever PJd before.

Thanks also to Gary, LTC M, Rett and Dave for work on the A910. I talked to folks who talked to others who attended today and it was apparently very well received. Great work guys. Thanks for letting me be a part of it!

SP 145 155 155 145 145
PP 145 155 165 175 175 (F on 3)

PJ is ugly and needs to be fixed before I play around with multiple reps at weight

Shoulders continue to be my LIMFAC. Previous 1RM on Press was 165:

P: 145-155(F)-125-135-145
PP: 140-140-145-145-150
PJ: 125-130-135-145(F)

My right shoulder giving me sharp pain, I stopped at that point.

At the A910 class, also did the mini-WOD:

7 Min AMRAP, starting from one end of the Bubble:
10 CFS Pushups
Sprint to other end of Bubble
10 Squats
Sprint back

Did 7 rnds + 5 Pushups. Totally felt every pushup in my right shoulder

I will not be doing any pressing/throwing for at least the next week in an effort to get my shoulders right. I don't feel any pain during or after any pulling or swinging movements (i.e pullups/KBS), so those are okay.
