If you need a little extra motivation to come out tomorrow morning, we're gonna keep it constantly varied (and play Wilson's most recent requests). So, in addition to Rett's normal metal playlist, we're gonna add Bryan's ten year old daughter's favorites, to include the likes of Beiber and Miley Cyrus.

4 rounds complete at 9:54 so I did not start another round. I did it with 10 KG plates on each side, so it is close to RX'd--I did my workout in COL Springs at 6000+ feet of elevation, so I think this makes up the differnce. :)

I completed the 'resource constrained' WOD with 9 rnds. plus 10 tuck jumps in the dining room of my friend's house in St. Paul, MN. Saturday morning we ran 5.5mi. on snow-covered sidewalks in 16 degree weather, light snow falling all the while. Beautiful and injury- free thanks to 'yaktrax.' Looking forward to the first Open WOD in Thursday!

4 rounds plus a couple cleans. Slept in to shake a cold, so WOD'd solo later this morning. As expected, a little low on motivation on a solo workout. I'll be in tomorrow to WOD with the group!
